National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPC) invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will oversee the management and operation of NPPC’s power generation assets and will provide strategic leadership, ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement.

| Key responsibilities | Strategic leadership and direction; overall management of power generation operations; ensuring optimum operations and maintenance of plants; regulatory compliance; corporate governance; financial oversight; stakeholder and government liaison; implementing Board policies and strategies. |
| Minimum qualifications | Graduate degree from an HEC-recognised institution in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing or Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics) registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, or equivalent qualification from a recognized body. |
| Minimum experience | At least ten (10) years of documented senior management experience. Candidates with commercial/technical management experience in similar organisations and/or proven board-level experience preferred. |
| Other requirements | Must comply with Fit and Proper Criteria under Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act; strong leadership, team building, change management, and interpersonal skills; ability to work with the Board of Directors. |
| Age limit | Maximum 58 years on the closing date of submission of application. |
