Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO). PESCO invites e-bids for repair/reclamation of damaged distribution transformers (5 KVA, 50 KVA, 100 KVA & 200 KVA) funded under FY 2026-27 procurement plan. E-PADS Tender No.: P50732.

Key submission and bid conditions:

- All bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS v2.0. Bidders may register and upload bids through the E-PADS portal.

- Each e-bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of CEO, PESCO, Peshawar.

- Original signed documents and the Bid Security must also be submitted in a sealed envelope to Room No. 310, MM Directorate, PESCO H/Q, Shami Road, Peshawar by the stated bid closing time; late submissions will be rejected.

- Pre-bid meeting: (date and venue as published) at PESCO H/Q, Room No. 311, MM Directorate, Shami Road, Peshawar. (Refer to E-PADS notice for the exact pre-bid date/time.)

- Bids will be opened via E-PADS v2.0 on the bid opening date/time stated in the E-PADS notice.
