Eligibility & key requirements:
- Only firms/contractors enlisted with PEC are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must submit credentials and supporting documents including details of similar works executed during the last 5 years, sponsoring agency/client, contract value (PKR), completion period (months), date of physical completion, percentage progress of works in hand, and performance reports from sponsoring agencies/clients.
- Financial documents: audited financial statements and bank statements for the last 3 years.
- Tax documentation: Sales Tax (GST) registration, NTN certificate.
- Valid PEC registration for the year 2026 is required; firms without it will not be considered.
Procurement & submission details:
- Pre-qualification documents can be obtained from the Contract Department, TAJ Management Office, Main Boulevard, TAJ Residencia (Adjacent I-14, Islamabad).
- Document availability period: from Monday 2026-06-22 to Friday 2026-07-03.
- Last date for receipt of applications (closing): Monday 2026-07-06.
- Incomplete applications or those lacking required documents will not be entertained.
- Submission and evaluation will be carried out in accordance with PPRA rules; the Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications.
