NUMS Tender: Installation and Solarization of Parking Sheds at Abid Majeed Road, Rawalpindi

The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids through PPRA E-PADS and hard copy on a "Single Stage Two Envelopes" basis for the installation and solarization of parking sheds at NUMS, Abid Majeed Road, Rawalpindi.

Bidders must have a minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience, be registered with relevant authorities and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for GST and Income Tax. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately; technical proposals will be opened and evaluated first, with financial proposals opened later for technically qualified bidders. A bid security of 2% of the total bid value (call deposit/bank draft/pay order in favor of NUMS) is required — a scanned copy must be uploaded to PPRA E-PADS and the original physically submitted to NUMS. Tender documents are available from the NUMS Procurement Directorate upon submission of a non-refundable Pay Order/Demand Draft of PKR 3,000 in favor of NUMS. Submission deadline: 23 July 2025 by 1000 hours; technical proposals will be opened the same day shortly after 1000 hours in the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adyala Road (Opposite APS Humayun Road), Rawalpindi.
