Tender Notice: Annual Maintenance & Repair Works — Public Health Engineering Division Haripur (E-PADS)

Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Haripur invites bids through the E-PADS (Single Stage Two Envelope) system for annual maintenance and repair works for FY 2026-2027. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS; bid documents and conditions are available on eprocure.gkp.gov.pk and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA (kppra.gov.pk).

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope E-PADS procedure. Bidders must upload technical and financial documents through EPADS before the deadline.

- Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD)/Bill of Quantities can be downloaded from EPADS (eprocure.gkp.gov.pk) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA website.

- Mandatory documents include valid CNIC, PEC registration (where applicable), CE-09 code/electrical code and enlistment certificate, firm/company registration, affidavit of CDR on stamp paper, and other documents as specified in the bidding documents.

- Bidders shall submit a single outer envelope (sealed) containing two separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial proposals; technical bids will be opened as per the published schedule.

- Call deposit/additional security of contractors will be retained until approval of tenders. Bids received after the deadline or incomplete/conditional bids will be rejected.
