Tender: Furniture & 4 kW Off-Grid Solar Installation — District & Sessions Judge, Toba Tek Singh

Issuer: Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Toba Tek Singh. Estimated cost: approx. 38 Million (as stated).

Purpose: Procurement of furniture and installation of a Hybrid Solar (Off-Grid) 4 kW system. Eligible firms/contractors must have valid registration with the Punjab Revenue Authority and FBR (Income Tax and General Sales Tax).

Bidding procedure: Single Stage, Two Envelope in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of the PPRA. Tender submissions must be made through the PPRA E-Tendering website (EPADS). No tender will be accepted without complete bidding documents submitted on the PPRA E-Tendering website.

Bid security / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR): 2% of the estimated cost per PPRA rules, drawn from a scheduled bank and made in the name of District & Sessions Judge, Toba Tek Singh. A scanned copy of the CDR must be uploaded; the original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee on the same day, one hour before bid opening or the firm/contractor will be disqualified.
