CDA Invites e-Bids for Construction of Rescue 1122 Offices in Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-2 or above for the construction of Rescue 1122 offices at G-11, I-14/2, I-9 and Model Town Hummak, Islamabad. Procurement will follow a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS); bids must be accompanied by the required bid security.

Bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) and interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Submit e-bids through EPADS by 2026-07-27 11:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM.
