Pre-Qualification: Supply of Nutritious Food Items for Chief Minister Punjab Schools Meal Program 2026-27

Issuer: Strategic Management Unit (SMU), School Education Department, Government of the Punjab. The SMU invites applications for prequalification from eligible manufacturers, authorised suppliers, distributors, firms and joint ventures for supply of nutritious food items under the Chief Minister Punjab Schools Meal Program (2026-27) for 13 standalone Government Primary Schools.

Eligibility & submission: Interested applicants meeting prescribed eligibility requirements must submit prequalification applications electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP Punjab) before 11:00 AM on 2026-07-27. Proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Pre-qualification Documents (PQD) and detailed procurement information including eligibility criteria and qualification requirements are available free of cost on the School Education Department website and the PPRA website and via the Punjab e-Procurement portal.

Procurement framework: Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Covered locations (13 districts): Bahawalnagar, Bhakkar, Chiniot, D.G. Khan, Kot Addu, Layyah, Lodhran, Mianwali, Muzaffargarh, Rahim Yar Khan, Rajanpur, Taunsa, Vehari.

How to obtain documents: Prequalification document can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and the Punjab e-Procurement portal and School Education Department website. Complete electronic proposals must be submitted online via the e-Procurement System (eP Punjab).
