RFQ: Testing Services Agencies for Candidate Selection — Lahore Waste Management Company (North Punjab)

Issuing authority: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of Sutlej/ (Suthra) Punjab Authority (SPA) invites quotations (Request for Quotation) from registered Testing Service Providers/Agencies to conduct selection tests for eligible candidates for various posts in the North Region of Punjab. Prospective agencies may obtain eligibility criteria and scope of work free of cost from the LWMC website (https://www.lwmc.com.pk) or from the P&C Department, LWMC, 4th Floor, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore.

Key requirements and submission instructions:

• Selection of testing agencies will be based on published eligibility criteria and lowest fee proposed to be charged from candidates by the participating agencies.
• All required documents (as per eligibility criteria) must be duly completed, signed, stamped and submitted in full conformity with the requirements.
• Submission deadline: by 1100 Hours on or before 2026-07-01. Submissions must be made by registered post or delivered by hand to the address given below.
• Process will be completed within one month as per Government direction; interested agencies must submit applications by the given date and time.
