Central Power Purchasing Agency Guarantee Ltd. (CPPA-G) invites eligible technical and financial firms to submit proposals for consultancy services to conduct heat rate tests of RFO-based Independent Power Plants (IPPs) in Pakistan under PPRA Pak e-PADS V2.0. Proposals shall be submitted as Technical and Financial Proposals in a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope format.
Bidding documents, containing detailed terms, submission procedure, bid security, bid validity and evaluation criteria, are available for interested bidders and can be downloaded from CPPA-G website: www.cppa.gov.pk.
