Municipal Committee Sheikhupura — Tender Notice for Multiple Civil Works

Municipal Committee Sheikhupura invites e-tenders from registered engineering firms/contractors/bidders on item-rate basis through the Punjab PPRA E‑Tendering System in accordance with applicable PPRA rules. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and on the Punjab PPRA website. Prescribed tender fee and original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as earnest money must be submitted as required.

• Registration: Valid PEC registration in the relevant category and registration on the Punjab PPRA portal are mandatory.
• Earnest money: 4% of the estimated cost must be deposited as CDR in favour of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Sheikhupura. Original CDR must be presented to the tender opening committee before bid opening.
• Tender fee and other documents: Tender fee and other required documents must be uploaded/submitted as per e-tendering rules. Failure to submit required documents or earnest money will lead to disqualification.
• Submission & opening: Bids will be submitted via the Punjab PPRA e-tendering system; bidders or their representatives may attend bid opening at the Municipal Committee office. Any amendments or clarifications will be available on the Punjab PPA website.
• Right to reject: The committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules.
