Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed bids for construction, erection, shifting and stringing works on 132 kV double-circuit transmission lines. Single-stage, two-envelope competitive bidding will be carried out under PPRA rules. Tender documents are available via GEPCO E-Procurement (E-Pads) and from the address below.

Eligibility & Key Requirements
- Valid PEC registration renewed for 2025–26 under categories shown in the tender (CE-10, CE-02 & EE-05).
- Average annual turnover and tax returns for last two years per BOQ requirements, certified by auditor.
- Current bank statement (from tender publication date to bid opening) showing 15% of the value of the individual work.
- Experience: submit up to two valid work orders of similar nature with completion certificates covering cumulative cost ≥100% of BOQ in the last 5 years.
- Joint ventures (if applicable): successful JV bidder must submit performance security in a joint bank account; notarized documents and agreement on PKR 3,000 judicial stamp paper are required.
Bid Security & Performance Guarantee
- Original bid security for 120 days in the form of bank draft, pay order, CDR or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan at 2% of the BOQ cost must be submitted.
- Successful bidder to provide performance security equal to 10% of contract price after issuance of LOI in bank draft, pay order, CDR or bank guarantee.
Submission & Conditions
- Bids to be submitted by the stated submission deadline; opening will follow as scheduled.
- Tendering through GEPCO E-Procurement (E-Pads) version 2.0 / PPRA website. Tender documents available on E-Pads and from GEPCO office.
- No conditional tenders will be accepted. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids per PPRA rules.
