Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), University of the Punjab, Lahore invites bids through e‑procurement (EPADS) from interested civil and mechanical contractors for construction works for a Clean Room / Biotech Laboratory. Bids are invited lot-wise (Lots 1–7) or as a package.

Submission requirements: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security (2% — package‑wise or 2% of total for a single package) in the form of CDR in the name of Director, Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB). Technical and financial bids must be uploaded on the e‑procurement portal (EPADS). Physical CDRs and sealed technical bids must be delivered to the Purchase Section, CEMB.
Bid opening: Technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Tender documents and details are available on the CEMB website. The Director CEMB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
