National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the position of Assistant Manager Credit (OG‑I) to support credit approvals, retail & program lending within the Credit Hub.

| Minimum Qualification | Graduation from an HEC‑recognized local or international university/college/institute. Master's degree and/or relevant certifications preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 4 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years in credit processing and/or SME, consumer, agri financing, SBP schemes or product/program‑based lending in a commercial bank. Experience in a similar role at a large bank preferred. |
| Key Skills & Knowledge | Sound knowledge of retail, SME and agri financing; awareness of SBP prudential regulations; MS Office proficiency; analytical and financial analysis skills. |
| Main Duties & Responsibilities | Analyse and process credit proposals; assess borrower financial health; identify inconsistencies and credit risks; prepare MIS and credit requests; ensure credit facilities comply with internal and external regulations; review credit information (eCIB/private bureaus); evaluate collateral and security arrangements; monitor portfolio quality and early warning signals; coordinate with business, CAD and legal for disbursement and compliance; support renewals and reviews; perform other duties as assigned. |
