Open Tender Notice 66-69/2026 — Laboratory Equipment & Waveguide Fabrication (Islamabad)

Head Procurement (P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad) invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis, registered with the Sales Tax Department and having their own offices with telephone and fax facilities. Tenders will be processed on a Single Stage, Two-Envelope basis.

Key conditions and instructions:

- Tender fee must be paid by bank draft/pay order in the name of Director Finance (P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad). Cash will not be accepted.

- Each tender/quotation must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

- Detailed specifications and tender documents can be obtained in writing on company letterhead upon submission of the required bank draft/pay order.

- Tender documents will not be issued to firms that have failed to supply stores against previous orders.

- Envelopes must be super-scribed with the tender number and due date. Late bids received after the opening time will not be entertained.

- Tender validity: 60 days from the date of opening.

- Tenders containing cutting or overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.

- Tender documents can be dispatched against receipt of request and bank draft through courier; the original bank draft must be received at this office one day before the opening date. The last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before the opening date.
