Issuer: Head Procurement, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis; firms must be registered with Sales Tax Department and have telephone and fax facilities.

Key instructions:

- Tender documents and detailed specifications can be obtained from the undersigned on written request along with the bank draft/pay order of the given tender fee in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted.

- Each tender must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

- Tenders must be super-scribed with the tender number and due date. Tenders received after the specified date/time will not be entertained.

- Validity of tenders: 60 days from the date of opening.

- Tender documents will not be issued to firms who previously failed to supply stores against orders. Postal delays are the responsibility of the bidder. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.

- Tender documents may be dispatched against request and bank draft; last date for issuance of tender documents is one day before opening date of the tender.
