Open Tender Notice 66-69/2026 — Supply of Lab & HVAC Equipment and Fabrication (Islamabad)

Head Procurement invites sealed tenders (Single-Stage, Two-Envelope) for supply and fabrication works. Issuer: Head Procurement, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Tender documents and detailed specifications are available on written request on company letterhead, accompanied by the required bank draft/pay order for the stated tender fee in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted.

- Each tender must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

- Tender documents will not be issued to firms that previously failed to supply stores against orders. Tenders must be clearly super-scribed with the tender number and due date.

- Tenders received after the stated opening/receiving time will not be entertained. Tender validity: 60 days from the date of opening.

- Tenders containing cutting or overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations.

- Tender documents can be dispatched against a request and bank draft; the original bank draft must reach the office one day before the tender opening. Last issuance date for tender documents is also one day before the opening date.
