EOGM on Scheme of Arrangement — Noor Feed Mills (Pvt) Ltd & Noor Poultry Farms (Pvt) Ltd

By order of the Honourable Lahore High Court, Lahore, Noor Feed Mills (Private) Limited and Noor Poultry Farms (Private) Limited will hold Extra-Ordinary General Meetings to consider and, if thought fit, approve a Scheme of Arrangement under sections 279–283 of the Companies Act, 2017. Joint Chairpersons appointed by the Court are Mr. Aurangzeb Mirza and Barrister Scheherezade Shaharyar (Advocates).

The EOGMs will be held on 04 August 2026 at 180-D Valencia Town, Lahore: Noor Feed Mills at 03:00 pm and Noor Poultry Farms at 03:30 pm. The statement under section 281, the Scheme of Arrangement, recent audited accounts and related documents may be inspected at the companies' registered office in DHA Phase 7, Lahore. Proxies must be received at the registered office no later than 48 hours before the meeting. The members register will be closed from 29 July 2026 to 04 August 2026; transfers received by close of business on 20 July 2026 will be entertained.
