NHMP N-5 Central Zone Lahore — Prequalification for Open Framework Agreements (E-PADs Submission)

NHMP N-5 Central Zone, Lahore invites firms to apply for prequalification for open framework agreements (to be procured through E-PADs e-submission) for multiple supply and service categories to be delivered to sector/headquarter locations of N-5 Central Zone. The open framework is for a three‑year period (listed in the notice as Financial Year 2026-27, 2027-28 and 2020-29).

Procurement categories include (as listed): miscellaneous store items; gas cylinders; computer & office stationery; hardware & IT equipment; machinery items; furniture & fixtures; repair of hardware & IT equipment, machinery, furniture & fixtures; renovation & upgradation; road safety materials; gift hampers; event management; and services for beats/offices.

Prequalification is open to national applicants who are registered with NTN, GST, are on the Active Taxpayer List and registered with PPRA for e-procurement on E-PADs (version 2.0). Interested applicants may obtain prequalification documents from the office of DIG N-5 Central, NHMP Complex, Babu Sabu Office, Lahore during office hours. Documents may be purchased for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 or downloaded from E-PADs and the NHMP website free of cost.

Bids must be submitted through E-PADs and a hard copy delivered to the address below. Bid security of Rs. 25,000/- is required (the notice states CDR in the name of DDO N.S Central Zone, Lahore). The notice specifies that bank cheques will not be accepted for bid security.

The notice states that only bids submitted through E-PADs and accompanied by the hard-form documents and required bid security will be entertained. Late applications will be rejected.
