PEEF Tender: Provision of IT / Electronics Equipment — e-PADS Bids Due 2026-10-13

Pakistan Education Endowment Fund (PEEF) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) for the provision of IT / Electronics equipment. Procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Key instructions:

- Bids must be submitted electronically via e-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk). Interested bidders must register on the e-PADS supplier portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration) and submit bids accordingly.

- Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of the required amount in an acceptable form as specified in the bidding document. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded to e-PADS and the original hard copy submitted physically to the PEEF office by the bid submission deadline.

- The complete Bidding Document containing detailed terms and conditions may be downloaded free of cost from https://eprocure.gov.pk.

Important dates and venue:

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-13 at 11:30 hours at Conference Room, PEEF Office, 1st Floor, Plot No. 39, Kirthar Road, H-9/4, Islamabad.

- Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted through e-PADS by or before 11:00 hours PST on 2026-10-13.

- Bid opening: Bids on e-PADS will be opened at 11:30 hours PST on 2026-10-13 in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
