Issuer: The Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (Head Office), 3‑A Gulberg V, Lahore. Pre-qualification notice inviting contractors to apply through the PPRA e‑procurement / Punjab E‑PADS system for construction works.
Eligibility and submission:
- Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes and hold valid PEC, PRA and NTN certificates.
- Contractors' social security contributions must be deposited regularly.
- Firms should have relevant experience executing similar works.
- Interested contractors must register and download pre-qualification documents from the E‑PADS website: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.
- Pre-qualification documents (including evaluation criteria, financial soundness, relevant experience, technical staff requirements and supporting documents) must be submitted online via the E‑PADS portal. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
- The Procuring Agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule‑35.
