Pre-Qualification: Establishment of 100-Bedded Social Security Hospital, Sheikhupura (Package-II) — PESSI

Issuer: Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (Head Office), 3-A Gulberg V, Lahore. PESSI invites pre-qualification applications from contractors for the establishment of a 100-bedded Social Security Hospital, Sheikhupura (Package-II).

Eligibility and key requirements: contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes with a valid PEC license, hold PRA and NTN certificates, and have regular social security contributions. Firms must register and submit pre-qualification documents online via the Punjab e-procurement/E-PADS portal. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The procuring agency may reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35. If a public holiday falls on the tender opening date, the next working day at the same time will be considered the opening date.

Pre-qualification documents include evaluation criteria, demonstration of financial soundness, record of relevant experience, details of technical staff, and other supporting documentation.
