Head (Procurement), H-Block (near K-Block), Pak Secretariat, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department for the purchase/supply of various items/materials and certain repair works. Tender documents for each schedule/package are available on written request at the Procurement Office on payment of the non‑refundable tender fee. Bids will be received and opened on the specified dates below. Tender documents can be obtained Monday–Friday between 09:00 and 13:00 (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
Payment & submission instructions: Tender fee (non-refundable) is generally Rs.2,000 per package (an observed exception: Rs.1,500 for Ignition System Spares). Tender fee must be submitted by Bank Draft / Pay Order payable to P.R. Accounts Officer (call deposit/cash will not be accepted). Sealed tenders must reach the undersigned by 13:30 hours on the respective opening date and will be opened the same day at 14:00 hours in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. The procuring department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per prevailing rules. Tender notices are also available on the PPRA website.
