Tender: Supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery (Toners) & Misc. Usable Items — National Heritage & Culture Division

Issuer: National Heritage & Culture Division, 4th Floor, Kohsar Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad.

Purpose: Procurement of stationery, computer stationery (toners)/electronic communication items, and miscellaneous usable items for the Division.

Eligibility & conditions:

• Firms/general order suppliers/companies in Islamabad/Rawalpindi registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.
• Firms must be registered with AGPR and have an active account with AGPR.
• Firm(s) must not be blacklisted by any Government organization.
• Prices must be inclusive of all taxes and effective till 2027-06-30.
• Income tax will be deducted at time of payment.
• All items must be delivered to the office at the vendor's own expense.
• Samples of selected items are available for viewing in the General Section before the closing date.
• Single Stage: One Envelope Basis procedure will be adopted. Details of items are available on ePADS.
• Bids must be submitted through ePADS only; manual submission is not allowed.
• Bidders must attach bank drafts/pay orders/call deposits in favor of Drawing and Disbursing Officer, National Heritage & Culture Division (refundable if bid(s) not accepted). Incomplete offers will not be accepted.
• In case of withdrawal of bid(s) after opening, earnest money will be forfeited.

Submission & opening:

• Tender documents can be submitted up to 2026-10-05 until 12:10 PM.
• Tender will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM in the Committee Room in the presence of bidders/representatives.
