Pakistan Railways (Project Implementation Unit, ML‑1 Project) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable international consulting firms or international firms in association with national firms to provide a unified Project Management and Construction Supervision Consultant (PMC/CSC) for the Upgradation of Main Line‑1 (Karachi–Rohri section, approx. 480 km). The assignment covers project management, construction supervision, quality assurance, procurement support, contract administration, review of signalling & telecom design, interface coordination between civil and railway systems, environmental & social safeguards, health & safety, claims/variations management, and institutional capacity building.
