Daanish University Trust invites sealed bids from eligible construction firms for the construction of an Industrial Hub at Daanish University, Islamabad, comprising predominantly Pre‑Engineered Building (PEB) works including steel structure, associated civil works, MEP, HVAC, foundations, roofing, cladding and other allied works as specified in the bidding documents.

  • Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in C‑1 category or higher with any of the valid codes: BC‑01, CE‑01, CE‑10, EE‑01, EE‑02, EE‑03, EE‑04, EE‑06, ME‑01, ME‑02, ME‑04
  • Valid NTN, active FBR ATL status and GST / PRA registration
  • Minimum five years of legal operation/registration
  • Not blacklisted by any Federal/Provincial Government department
  • Technical capability with relevant PEB experience, in‑house fabrication resources and fast‑track execution capacity as specified in bidding documents
Bid Documents Detailed scope, drawings, specifications, BOQ, eligibility and technical evaluation criteria available on ePADS v2.0; accessible via PPRA website and Daanish University website (www.deu.edu.pk)
Submission Method Bids to be prepared and submitted electronically through ePADS v2.0. Manual bid submission will NOT be entertained.
Pre‑bid Meeting 2026-09-24 at 11:00 a.m. at the address given by the issuer
Bid Submission Deadline 2026-10-05 at 11:00 a.m. (bids will be opened on ePADS v2.0 the same day at 11:30 a.m.)
