The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites e-bids via EPADS V2.0 for the provision of "Durable Goods for NAVTTC". Bidding will follow a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS). All bids must include the required bid security (see bidding documents) by Pay Order in favor of "NAVTTC Fund".
