PESSI Pre-Qualification: Establishment of 100-Bedded Social Security Hospital, Sheikhupura (Tender Closing 2026-10-08)

Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (PESSI) — Head Office, 3-A Gulberg V, Lahore invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors under PPRA e-Procurement rules for the establishment of a 100-bedded Social Security Hospital, Sheikhupura (Package-II).

Eligibility: Firms/contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/code, hold valid PEC, PRA and NTN certificates, and have regular social security contributions. Contractors must register and submit pre-qualification documents online via the Punjab E-PADS e-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Manual submissions will not be accepted. Pre-qualification documents include evaluation criteria, financial soundness, relevant experience, technical staff details and other supporting documents.

Important notes: Response time is calculated from the advertisement publication on the PPRA website. The procuring agency may reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35. If a public holiday falls on the tender opening date, the next working day at the same time will be considered.
