PESSI Pre-Qualification: Establishment of 100-Bed Social Security Hospital, Sheikhupura (Package-I)

Issuer: The Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (PESSI), Head Office, 3-A Gulberg V, Lahore.

Purpose: Pre-qualification of contractors for the establishment of a 100 Bedded Social Security Hospital, Sheikhupura (Package-I).

Eligibility and required documents:

• Firms/contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and hold a valid PEC registration.
• Must hold PRA and NTN certificates.
• Social security contributions must be deposited regularly.
• Contractors should have relevant experience in execution of similar works.

How to apply:

• Contractors must register on the Punjab E-Procurement / E-PADS website (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and obtain pre-qualification documents online.
• Pre-qualification documents (evaluation criteria, financial soundness, relevant experience, technical staff requirements and supporting documents) are available for download only on the E-PADS website.
• Submit pre-qualification documents/profile online via E-PADS by the date and time below. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

Important conditions and dates:

• Response time is calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
• The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule-35.
• If a public holiday is declared on the tender opening date, the next working day will be considered the opening date at the same time.
• Closing of tenders: 2026-10-08 at 11:00 AM.
• Opening of tenders: 2026-10-08 at 11:30 AM.
