Eligibility & mandatory documents:

• Contractors/Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/code with a valid PEC registration.
• Valid PRA and NTN certificates.
• Social security contributions must be deposited regularly.
• Pre-qualification documents include evaluation criteria, financial soundness, relevant experience, technical staff details and other supporting documents.

How to apply:

• Contractors must register and submit pre-qualification documents online only via the Punjab E-Procurement (E-PADS) website: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
• Information and registration procedures are available on the E-Procurement and PPRA websites.

• Closing of tenders: 2026-10-08 at 11:00 AM (submission deadline).
• Opening of tenders: 2026-10-08 at 11:30 AM.
• The Procuring Agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA rule-35.
• If a public holiday is declared on the tender opening date, the next working day will be considered the tender opening date at the same time.
