Pre-Qualification: Establishment of 100-Bedded Social Security Hospital, Sheikhupura (PESSI)

Issuer: The Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (Head Office), 3-A Gulberg V, Lahore. Pre-qualification applications are invited from contractors for the establishment of a 100-bedded Social Security Hospital (Package-II) at Sheikhupura.

Eligibility and requirements:

- Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes and hold valid PEC, PRA and NTN certificates.

- Contractor's social security contributions must be deposited regularly.

- Contractors must register and submit documents online via the Punjab E-Procurement (E-PADS) portal only. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

- Pre-qualification documents (evaluation criteria, financial soundness, relevant experience, technical staff requirements and other supporting documents) are available for download from the E-PADS website.

- Tender closing (submission) date and time: 2026-10-08 at 11:00 AM.

- Tender opening date and time: 2026-10-08 at 11:30 AM.

- All submissions and profile uploads must be made online via the E-PADS portal: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Refer to the PPRA/E-Procurement websites for registration procedures. Response time is calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website.

Other terms:

- The Procuring Agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule-35.

- If a public holiday is declared on the tender opening date, the next working day will be considered the opening date at the same time.
