WAPDA E-Bid: Supply of CT, VT and Energy Meters for Duber Khwar Power Station

Issuer: Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Hydel Power Station, Pattan, Kohistan (Lower).

WAPDA invites electronic bids on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) from original equipment manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors for supply on Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P.) basis. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and duly licensed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category (Electrical Procurement & Works). Bid validity: 120 days.

Tender / EPADS reference: DKPS-02 / P115573 (2026-27). Submission: electronic bids only via EPADS up to 11:00 Hrs on 2026-10-14. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs at the office of Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station WAPDA, Pattan, Kohistan (Lower), in the presence of bidders' representatives. Single Stage Single Envelope procedure will be followed.

Each bidder must furnish the required original Bid Security in the form of CDR in favor of Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station WAPDA, Pattan; the CDR must reach the RE office on or before the e-bid closing date and time. Insurance guarantees will not be acceptable.
