WAPDA E-Bid: Supply of Current Transformer, Voltage Transformer and Energy Meters for Duber Khwar Power Station

Issuer: Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Hydel Power Station, Pattan (Kohistan Lower). WAPDA invites electronic bids via EPADS from original equipment manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, be on the FBR active taxpayer list (ATL), and hold a Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licence in the appropriate category for Electrical Procurement & Works. Supply on Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P) basis.

Submission & opening: Electronic bids must be submitted on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by 2026-10-14 up to 11:00 Hrs. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the office of the Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station, WAPDA, Pattan, in the presence of bidders' representatives. Manual bids will not be accepted. Single Stage Single Envelope procedure will be used.

Bid security & validity: Bid validity 120 days. Each bidder shall furnish the original bid security in the form of a CDR in favour of Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station, WAPDA, Pattan; the CDR must reach the office before or on the e-bid closing date/time. Insurance guarantees are not acceptable.
