WAPDA e-Bid: Procurement of Current & Voltage Transformers and Energy Meters — Duber Khwar Power Station

Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Hydel Power Station, Pattan (Kohistan Lower) invites electronic bids from original equipment manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors for supply of electrical equipment on Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P) basis.

Bidding documents, terms and specifications are available for registered bidders on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS; manual bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted up to 11:00 Hrs on the bid closing date; electronic bid opening will be the same day at 11:30 Hrs at the office of the Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station, Pattan, Kohistan (Lower).

Eligibility: bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, and be duly licensed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category for Electrical Procurement & Works.

Bid security: each bidder shall furnish the required original Bid Security in the form of a CDR in favor of Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station WAPDA, Pattan. CDR must reach the office of the Resident Engineer (O&M) on or before the e-bid closing date and time. Insurance guarantees will not be acceptable.
