WAPDA E-Bid: Procurement of CT, VT and Energy Meter for Duber Khwar Power Station, Pattan

Issuer: Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Hydel Power Station, Pattan, Kohistan (Lower).

WAPDA invites electronic bids for procurement of the following equipment on Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P.) basis. Electronic bidding (EPADS/www.eprocure.gov.pk) will be used; manual bids will not be accepted. Single Stage Single Envelope procedure will be followed.

Eligibility: Original equipment manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors; registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities; on active taxpayer list (ATL) of FBR; and duly licensed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category for Electrical Procurement & Works.

Bid documents and detailed terms, conditions and specifications are available on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 1100 Hrs on the closing date. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the office of the Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station, WAPDA, Pattan, Kohistan (Lower) in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives.

Bid Security: Each bidder must furnish the required original bid security in the form of a CDR in favor of Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station, WAPDA, Pattan, and it must reach the Resident Engineer's office on or before the e-bid closing date & time. Insurance guarantees are not acceptable.
