M.E.S. (DW&CE PAF Chaklala) Notice of Tender – Emergency Works at PAF Bases (Deadline 2026-10-05)

Tender Notice No. DW&CE/6002-Adv/Fsl./62/E-6 dated 16 Sep 2026. The Office of Director Works & Chief Engineer (DW&CE), PAF Chaklala invites sealed tenders for emergency works at PAF bases in light of PPRA Rule 42(c)(v) of 2004. Tender documents will be issued only to firms meeting required experience and special conditions.

Submission and opening:

- Tender submission deadline: must be received in the Office of Accepting Officer by 11:30 Hrs on 2026-10-05.

- Tender opening: 12:00 Hrs on 2026-10-05.

Eligibility and mandatory requirements:

• Contractors must submit full credentials as required (see serial requirements) and will be scrutinized before issue of tender documents.
• All contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) — submit PEC registration copy. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
• Contractors must be on approved MES list in categories “A” and “B” and have relevant experience of this type of work.
• Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in litigation with any Government Department and that no adverse report from Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C’s Branch, GHQ) is outstanding against them.
• The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
