Military Engineer Services (DW&CE PAF Chaklala) Tender — Emergency Works at PAF Bases (Bids due 2026-10-08)

Issuer: Office of DW&CE (PAF), Chaklala (Military Engineer Services). Tender Notice dated 2026-09-18 inviting sealed tenders for emergency works in light of PPRA Rule 42-c(v) of 2004.

Scope: Provision of specified facilities at multiple PAF bases. Four separate packages with estimated costs are listed below. Tender documents will be issued only to firms whose applications and credentials are scrutinized and found eligible.

• Deadline for receipt: 2026-10-08 at 1130 Hrs. Tenders will be opened the same day at 1200 Hrs in the Office of Accepting Officer.

Eligibility and application requirements:

• Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials as required (refer to Serial 9 of the tender notice) for issuance of tender documents; only scrutinized firms will receive tender documents.
• Contractors must certify they are not involved in litigation with any government department and that no adverse report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.
• Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit proof of registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
• Only contractors on the approved MES List in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience may apply.
• Contractors may attend the tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.
