Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (Government of the Punjab) invites sealed e-bids (technical & financial) from registered firms for procurement of the following services. Joint ventures/consortia are not allowed. Submission and opening will be through the Punjab E-Procurement System.

Key details:
- Bid security validity: 120 days.
- Submission method: Punjab E-Procurement System (e-PP) only. Bidders must submit bids and deposit bid security through the digital banking facility in the e-Procurement System as instructed.
- Deadline for submission: 2022-10-09 at 11:00 AM (bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders/representatives).
- Incomplete, conditional bids or bids without specified bid security will be rejected. Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be followed as per Punjab PPR Rules 2014 (sub-rule 2(a) of Rule 38).
- Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 35 of the PPR Rules 2014.
