Punjab Seed Corporation (PSC), 4-Lytton Road, Lahore invites online bids for civil works for PSC plants and farms under National Competitive Bidding. Eligible construction contractors, firms, companies and builders must be duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and the Communication & Works Department (C&W), Government of the Punjab in the relevant category.
Bids must be submitted only through the Punjab E‑procurement System (epp.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents and advertisement are available on PSC and Punjab procurement websites and the bidding document shall be free of cost. Bids not complying with requirements or submitted by non‑responsive bidders will be rejected.
