Tender Notice (EPADS) — ASDI 2025-26 Works at Battagram (TMA Battagram)

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA), Battagram — Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Purpose: Notice Inviting Tender (EPADS) for civil works under Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative (ASDI) 2025-26 (ADP No. 251276). Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through EPADS from eligible contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA).

• Electronic tender form / bid submission (through EPADS): 10:00 AM
• Hard copy submission of tender forms / bids: 12:00 PM
• Tender opening: 01:00 PM

Bidding documents may be downloaded from the EPADS portal: https://portalkp.epprocure.gov.pk after publication of the NIT. Tender form must be filled neatly and a clear scan of the same uploaded at the time of online submission through EPADS; original documents and Bid Securities must be delivered before closing hours to the Office of Tehsil Officer (Infrastructure), TMA Battagram.

Important conditions (summary of readable items):

• Bid security: 2% of Engineer Estimate in the shape of Call Deposit in favor of TMO, TMA Battagram.
• Bid validity: 180 days from closing date of bids.
• Contractors must be registered with PEC and KPRA and comply with TMA requirements; bids not accompanied by required original documents and securities will be considered non-responsive.
