Office of the Executive Engineer PWD, Highways Division Bhimber (Azad Jammu & Kashmir) invites electronic bids under Single Stage – Two Envelope E-Bidding System for two road works. Bidding is open to eligible firms/contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council with specialization code CE-01 (Roads).

Important instructions and submission details:
- Bidders must register and obtain e-bidding login credentials from the IT Section, Office of the Chief Engineer Highway (North) Block H, DHQ Muzaffarabad. Only bidders/firms registered with the e-Bidding section in the Department can use the dashboard and upload bids.
- Bidding documents and instructions are downloadable from the contractor’s dashboard. Hard copies of detailed drawings and documents may be obtained from the Executive Engineer PWD Highways Division, Bhimber during office hours.
- Bid security must be uploaded as scanned copy of bank receipt showing proof of deposit to the Divisional Joint Account A/C # PK30NBPA045500313422046 (National Bank). Also quoted account reference A/C # 12116001 Bank of AJK, Bhimber Branch.
- Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-bidding dashboard. Technical profile must be uploaded in PDF format. Financial bids must be submitted as per the e-bidding instructions. Only two digits after the decimal point will be considered for evaluation.
- Blacklisted firms/contractors/companies/suppliers/distributors are not allowed to participate. Interested bidders must submit a notarized affidavit/certificate that they are not blacklisted anywhere in Pakistan.
- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per AJK PPRA rules.
