Tender: Provision of Rental Vehicle Services (Intracity & Intercity) — DEEP, Ministry of IT, Islamabad

Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoITT), Government of Pakistan — Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP) invites electronic bids through e-PADS from eligible and qualified bidders/service providers for the provision of rental vehicle services.

Project Details: Credit No. 7514-PK, Project ID P174402. Procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and other applicable rules and guidelines.

- Tender documents: Available for download free of cost from the Ministry of IT official website (www.moitt.gov.pk), the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website (www.ppra.org.pk), and e-PADS.

- Bid submission: Electronic bids (technical proposal if any and financial proposal) must be submitted through e-PADS.

- Bid security: Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 200,000 (Rupees Two Hundred Thousand Only) in the form prescribed in the Tender Document.

- Pre-bid conference: 2026-09-29 at 03:00 PM (PST) at DEEP Project Office, 2nd Floor, Telecom Foundation Complex, Sector G-9/4, Mauve Area, Islamabad.

- Bid opening: Submitted e-bids will be opened on the same day as the deadline in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
