Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab (Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit) invites sealed Technical & Financial bids from firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for procurement of the following services. Bids must be submitted only via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key information: Bid validity 120 days. Bids submitted late, incomplete, conditional or without required bid security will be rejected. All submission and bid opening will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System; bidders must upload required documents and bidding forms online. Bidders will follow instructions and deposit bid securities as per the e-Procurement procedure.
Submission & Opening: Sealed bids must be submitted via Punjab e-Procurement on or before 2026-10-08 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
