Punjab Highways Department Tender — Special Repair/Construction of Culvert (Gujranwala)

Issuer: Punjab Highways Department. Executive Engineer, Road Construction Division Gujranwala invites e-tenders from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered engineering firms/contractors in the relevant category with a valid renewed PEC license for Financial Year 2026-27.

Submission method: All firms/contractors must participate through the PPRA E‑Tendering System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security (earnest money) must be submitted via the Punjab e‑Procurement System as specified. Physical Bid Securities (CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, etc.) will not be accepted.
