| Key Responsibilities | Overall management of the company and its procedures in financial and other matters in accordance with the Companies Act 2017; development and implementation of strategy and policies; provision of appropriate human, managerial and financial arrangements for efficient use of funds and resources; safeguarding interests of the organization in accordance with statutory obligations. |
| Qualification | Graduate degree from a well-reputed institute or a professional qualification in the principal line of business of a public sector company (including manufacturing, mining, science, technology, agriculture, social science, or related fields). Membership of a recognised professional accounting body, or a postgraduate degree in business administration, public administration, finance or commerce, or an equivalent qualification. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience with at least 10 years in senior-level positions commensurate with the role, in organisations with a commercial orientation. |
| Contract & Remuneration | Selected candidate will be offered a three-year contract with market-based salary and other negotiable perks and privileges, commensurate with qualification and experience. |
