Issuing authority: Executive Engineer, Buildings Division No.2, Faisalabad (Punjab Building Department). Online e-tenders are invited from eligible Engineering Firms / Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category/codes) with a valid renewed PEC license for the Financial Year 2026-27 and registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System.
Key submission and guarantee requirements:
- Submission method: Online only via Punjab e-Procurement System (portal link as published by the Punjab Government).
- Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost to be submitted by digital online payment through the Punjab e‑Procurement System in favour of Executive Engineer, Buildings Division No.2 Faisalabad. Physical bid securities (CDR, pay order, demand draft etc.) will NOT be accepted.
- Successful bidder to furnish 10% Performance Guarantee of the contract amount in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee (valid for 30 months beyond completion time / as required) within 15 days in favour of Executive Engineer, Buildings Division No.2 Faisalabad via the Punjab e‑Procurement System.
- Rates quoted as percentage above or below the Estimated/DNIT cost will NOT be considered; bids must follow BOQ/DNIT format downloaded from the e‑procurement portal.
- All financial documents/BOQs must be completed, signed and stamped by the bidder. Incomplete bids will be declared non-responsive.
- Bids quoted on DNIT/BOQ downloaded directly from the e‑procurement portal will only be accepted. If the tender opening day is a public holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
Important dates: Last date for online submission of bids — 2026-09-28. Bids should be uploaded before the deadline specified on the e-procurement portal; opening of bids will be conducted as per the published schedule on the portal.
