PITB Invitation to Bid — Procurement of GPU Servers (2 units)

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab. PITB invites bids for the procurement of GPU servers for various PITB projects under procurement case CC–02, in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure).

Tender documents and submission: Tender documents are available free of cost at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and may be downloaded. Technical and financial separate bids, duly completed, signed, stamped, and in complete conformity with the Tender Document, must be submitted online on the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) website: https://e.punjab.gov.pk.

Deadline and opening: Bids must be uploaded on the e-Portal and the online submission process completed by 31-08-2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on 2026-08-31 on the same date.

Important notes: Bidders must register on the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://e.punjab.gov.pk). Incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. PITB will not be responsible for portal issues; bidders should ensure upload well before the deadline. Income/taxes registration certificate and other documents as per the Tender Document must accompany bids. PITB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
