Issuer: College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP). CPSP invites sealed bids under a One-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure from reputable construction contractors for CPSP construction works. Minimum five (05) years' relevant experience with documented proof is required. Terms of Reference (ToRs) are available on written request from CPSP Regional Centre Lahore and CPSP HQ Karachi against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 (Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of “College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan”).
Bid submission: Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes (two inner envelopes packed in one outer sealed envelope). Earnest money equal to 2% of the bid value (refundable to unsuccessful bidders) must be submitted through Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan. Bids will be opened on the same day.
