Key instructions and conditions:

- Bids should be submitted through E-PADS; manual bids will also be accepted if submitted to the office of the undersigned.
- The bid shall remain valid for acceptance for 120 days from the tender opening date. Bid Guarantee / CDR must accompany the bid and be valid for 150 days, issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan.
- Firms must be on the active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR / Government of Pakistan.
- Conditional tenders or tenders without Bid Guarantee will not be accepted.
- GEPCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
