E-Tenders (FY 2026-27) — District Council Gujranwala

District Council Gujranwala invites scaled electronic tenders for implementation of budget allocations for FY 2026-27. Registered contractors must be on the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-PADS) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes. Estimates prepared on basis of MRS 2nd Bi-annual 2026.

• Tender documents: download from Punjab E-Procurement System Portal and upload/submit online on the Punjab E-Procurement System Dashboard.
• Submission deadline: 2026-09-28 up to 02:00 PM (bids must be uploaded by this time).
• Bid opening: 2026-09-28 at 02:30 PM in the Hall of District Council, Gujranwala (online/physical) in presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.
• Bid security: submit/upload online through E-PADS at 5% of the estimated cost. Proof of generated/submitted bid security must be presented/verified before the Tender Opening Committee at bid opening.
• Selection method: least cost. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Forged documents or forged bid security will result in legal action.
• Additional performance security: bidders offering rates more than 4.999% below the technical estimate must deposit additional performance security as per PPRA/Works Rules 2017 within the stipulated period after acceptance; failure will lead to forfeiture.
